This was a template plan for two homes with roughly the same design. From our perspective, what is unique about this project is the compound mitres required to fit a large span curved in the upper span and along the face. Surprisingly, as complex as the curtain wall application was, the real challenge came in getting the 400lb fixed glass panel for the wine room. It took a seven-man crew to literally bend the glass around the corners inside the house to get it to where it needed to go.
